I've been meaning to do this for a while, and as everything else going on is too vast a continent to start writing about, here's a list of things I miss about Vancouver:

- the Memphis Blues BBQ house
- the food court near work
- work, in a weird, rose-coloured nostalgic way
- the fish and chip shop near home
- the bird sanctuary near home that was a centre of gravity for me in bad times.

I was going to write "the fact that the train was never really crowded", but I don't miss the train; I just don't like the subway.
