still fighting non-specific despair. new quality of today's despondency: feeling damned if I do, damned if I don't. I wrote somewhere else, one option leaves the very real potential for intense heartbreak, the other leaves the absoluteism of maybe-not-quite-as-intense heartbreak. don't know what will happen.

can't sleep, either. feel not-so-vaguely like a sixteen year old again, willing to take whatever I can get.
