I think what's really depressing about reading books by Anne McCaffrey is that, by the age of twenty-one, all her characters are married, with the man or woman of their dreams, and in highly respected positions of power, doing their utmost at whatever it is they're doing.

I'd just like to point out the incredible ridiculousness of this fact. And now I'm going to bed.
